Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return, please review our guidelines below:

Return Window

You can initiate a return up to 30 days after delivery. Once initiated, you have 7 days to mail the package back to us.

If your product arrives damaged, incomplete, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue immediately.

All refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

For standard returns (where the seller is not at fault, such as buyer’s remorse or ordering the wrong item):

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Items must be returned in their original, “as-shipped” condition.
We reserve the right to apply a 15% restocking fee to cover processing costs.
Additional deductions may apply if the item is returned in non-sellable condition (e.g., missing parts, missing original manufacturer box, or failure to double-box the item for transit). The exact cost of missing components will be deducted from the final refund.
