Handling Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday).

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping within the Continental USA. We reserve the right to select the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) that best suits the order.

Signature Requirement

For security purposes, all orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery.

Delivery & Insurance

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the buyer and falls under your standard home/renter insurance policy.

Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable or incorrect address, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
